Wayne is a graduate of the University of Montevallo. While in college Wayne was a member of the SIGMA Social Club, presently affiliated with the ATO National Fraternity. He was Student Government Treasurer in his senior year, Who’s Who among American Colleges and Universities, and active in the choral programs offered at the university. After graduation, Wayne entered the US Army, served a four year enlistment which included a one year tour of South Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in May of 1972.Wayne began his business career as a manager of a building supply company where he excelled in teaching and modeling good selling skills to his employees. He joined a major sales company in 1973 and rose to a Divisional Manager level with that company, managing hundreds of people over a thirty-one year career. In 2003, Wayne stepped back from working with a major corporation and chose to build his own business in the real estate industry. In 2006, he started MWB Realty, Inc., which he is currently President and CEO. He also has consulted with companies on how to market and sell various products and ideas over the past 40 years.Wayne has been active in many church and community choruses over the past 30+ years. He has sung in several auditioned choruses in the Atlanta, GA, area over the years, including Dekalb Choral Guild, Gwinnett Festival Singers, William Baker Festival Singers, and Lynn Swanson Festival Singers. In 1999, Wayne created Atlanta Tapestry, Inc., aRenaissance a cappella chorus where he was the founder and artistic director. He has served a number of Atlanta area churches as staff singer and soloist.He was appointed Operations Manager of the Choral Foundation in 2015. He brings his extensive business experience and artistic accomplishment together in support of all ensembles of the organization.
