The WILLIAM BAKER FESTIVAL SINGERS perform a diverse selection of a cappella works from GABRIELI, PAULUS, NYSTEDT, and BRUCH alongside contemporary art and sacred songs by ELDER and CASEY.  A special tribute to KENNETH JENNINGS as well as the Sacred Harp and Spirituals that the Festival Singers are known for are also included.  Represented this year are PARKER, HOGAN, FLEMING and GIBBS.  This 50-voice, semi-professional chorus was founded in 1998 by Dr. William O. Baker and has performed locally, regionally and at Trinity Wall Street Church in New York City and Princeton Seminary, New Jersey.
